No. Any items of lost property have to be taken to St Aldates Police Station who have a lost property department. If the driver still has the item in vehicle when you call then he can take it to you but will have to charge a minimum of £10 to drop it off.

Yes, All our vehicles will take registered guide dogs and assistance dogs. A limited number will take other dogs – please specify when booking.

 

Yes, Cars with a chip and pin machine can be requested at the time of booking. You can also pay by card when making a booking over the telephone.

We are open 24 hours all year round including Christmas Day.

Our largest vehicle is an eight-seat minibus.

Kindly be aware that accounts can only be opened by businesses, and they are not intended for personal use.

Terms and Conditions:
It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure all staff taxis are used ONLY by staff. DIAMOND CARS OXFORD are not liable for any fares arising from misuse or misrepresentation by any of the staff. A 15% Administration charge will be added to the invoice. All due accounts must be settled within 14 days from date of invoice. All cheques should be made payable to DIAMOND CARS OXFORD. Any termination of contract is subject to 4 weeks notice.DIAMOND CARS OXFORD and/or persons or companies acting on behalf reserve the right to charge interest on overdue sums at 5% per calendar month calculated on a daily basis, for all monies outstanding after 60 days from the date of the original invoice. The company also reserves the right to vary the rate of interest charged, 20 % VAT will be charged on all journeys. DIAMOND CARS OXFORD and/or persons or companies acting on our behalf, or as agents, reserves the right to charge and recover all costs incurred in connection with the pursuance and/or recovery of outstanding monies or property.
